First Time Home Buyer Education
Topics will include:
Week 1 – June 5 – Budgeting & Credit
Week 2 – June 12 – Mortgages and Real Estate
Week 3 – June 19 – Property Taxes and Insurance
Week 4 – June 26 – Inspections and Home Maintenance
Requirements:
- Photo I.D. and income verification for household may be required.
- Participants must attend all four classes to earn a
certificate of completion.
